About David Farmer Print

David_Farmerwww.dramaresource.com was created by drama consultant David Farmer to offer practical resources for teaching drama. The site was begun in 1996 with a simple collection of drama games and has continued to grow and develop into the No 1 Google-rated site that it is today. The resources are aimed at teachers, youth leaders, theatre directors, actors and anyone else involved in creative group activities.

David trained as a primary school teacher in English and Drama with a B.Ed (Hons), and has since worked as an actor, storyteller, theatre director, writer and arts consultant specialising in drama. He has over 30 years experience of working in the arts with a range of groups, especially children and young people. Since 1981, when he founded Tiebreak Theatre Company, his stage productions have been performed in the USA, Canada, continental Europe and throughout the United Kingdom - over 65 plays for half a million young people across the world.
